Fundamental Opportunities

When I began looking for a way to earn income from home, many of the things I read about blogging said to find a passion and simply write about it. The first steps were to build a blog and create the content to build readership. If this is something you have never considered, it may seem daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. When I began The Fundamental Blog, I had no idea of how to start. But with some research, I was able to put together a platform to both serve God, and to potentially make some money in the process.


I found a blog that was very helpful, The Entrepreneur’s Journey, by Yaro Starak. I want to be completely up-front with you, I am an affiliate of this site as well as some of the others I will be mentioning as I explain this process. That means that if you click through to these resources and sign up for them, I will receive a commission because you used my site to direct you to them. This is how affiliate programs work and while I hope you will provide me with the benefit of using these sources, even if you do not, I still want you to succeed in the effort of Blogging.


By signing up for Yaro’s E-Mail tips I was directed to Become a Blogger. This is a fabulous place to start because here you will find 10 FREE Video Tutorials to help get you started. By using this information I was able to get a Blog host, BlueHost.org, and creat my blog using WordPress. The functionality is great and the help is even better.


You can get Yaro Starak’s, “Blog Profit Blueprint,” by clicking on the ad-box in the sidebar of this page and you can even join his Blog Mastermind mentoring program where you will learn everything you need to create and operate a successful blog. The choice of Blog Host was easy for me. I went with BlueHost, (also in an ad-box on this page), because they are affordable and have a lot of extras that you pay more for elsewhere. Free unlimited sub-domains and E-Mail accounts and Free support. Not just support with the host program, these folks have done a wonderful job helping me through difficulties with my WordPress software too! They help you with the hosting platform and with the application you are trying to run on that platform too!


If you watch the free videos and do just a little research on your own you will learn how to use Google AdSense and other online ad services to boost your earning potential. I can not say that you will necessarily make tons of money blogging, but many people have been able to create income streams that surpassed the wage they earned prior to blogging. I, personally, have not reached that point yet but my goal is to build Christian discipleship through The Fundamantal Blog. Don’t get me wrong, I’d love for this to pay my income, but that is left in the hands of the Lord.


Just by picking a topic that you are passionate about and writing about that passion, you may be able to earn income even though you never thought of yourself as a professional writer! I believe that the Lord will bless the sincere heart that is striving for the good of the kingdom and that blessings will come in due course if we are faithful to perservere for the cause of Christ.
